Job Description
Are you an expert in HR+8 and Medvind? Are you looking for a flexible assignment where you can work 100% from home, while becoming an integral part of a service center? Then we have the right assignment for you!
On behalf of a client – an established service center in West Sweden handling large-volume payroll outsourcing (approx. 3,000 payrolls) – we are now looking for a confident and experienced Payroll Administrator. As the assignment is urgent, we would prefer that you can start immediately.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will work with qualified payroll management and play a key part in ensuring that the payroll process runs efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with current regulations. You will collaborate closely with both colleagues and internal customers, with a focus on service and quality.
Examples of tasks include:
- Independently handling payroll administration from start to finish.
- Managing pensions, insurance, and other payroll-related matters.
- Ensuring correct data for payroll runs and preparing documentation for payments.
- Working with quality assurance, follow-up, and statistics.
- Providing support to managers and employees via phone and email.
- Ensuring compliance with laws, collective agreements, and internal regulations.
- Participating in improvement work and process development.

Qualifications
We are looking for you who are a confident and experienced payroll administrator with a structured, meticulous, and analytical approach to work. You have strong communication skills and thrive in a service-oriented role.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience with the systems HR+ (HR+8) and Medvind.
- Several years of experience in independent payroll work ("from ax to limpa" / end-to-end).
- Good knowledge of Swedish labor law and collective agreements.
- Very good system proficiency and good knowledge of the Office suite.
- Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing.
Strongly Meritorious:
- Experience with larger organizations, outsourcing environments, or Shared Service Centers (SSC).
